Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Provide occupational therapy support services to K–12 students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Implement individualized treatment plans to support students’ functional, motor, and daily living skills; conduct therapy sessions; collaborate with OTs, teachers, families, and school staff to ensure progress; collect data and document outcomes in compliance with guidelines; integrate therapy strategies into classroom routines; manage scheduling within a 10-month school calendar. Requires an Associate’s degree as a COTA and an active license (or eligibility); physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.
