Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Deliver hands-on treatments, support ADL retraining, and implement individualized programs to promote safety, independence, and functional recovery under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Document progress, educate residents and families, and collaborate closely with nursing and the interdisciplinary team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment focused on meaningful outcomes.
