Job Summary
Deliver individualized therapy under the direction of an Occupational Therapist for pediatric and adult patients in a home health setting. Provide hands-on, one-on-one care in clients’ homes with flexible, PRN scheduling and coordination with clients. Role supports a PRN/part-time schedule with potential for full-time opportunities depending on availability, offering the opportunity to manage a flexible schedule and deliver care in clients' homes.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Texas COTA license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
