Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant [Blount], Occupational Therapy, PRN, Days

Provides occupational therapy treatment under the direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist; responsible for patient/family education, documentation of treatments, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to implement the patient\'s plan of care. Performs assessments of patient response, ensures safety, contributes to discharge planning, and may supervise a tech. Maintains daily treatment records, participates in meetings and mandatory training, and supports community resource referrals and education for patients and families. Works in a hospital setting with responsibilities including documentation in the medical record, adherence to department policies, productivity standards, and completing required TB testing and in-services.
