Job Summary
Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and procedures under Occupational Therapist supervision. Orient patients and families to treatment purposes while providing education and teaching. Document all required patient information, precautions, and initial care plans. Coordinate treatment schedules with interdisciplinary teams and identify significant condition changes through reporting and staffing consultations. Assist in developing patient goals and identifying barriers to discharge. Maintain a frequent driver's license and basic life support certification.
Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy Assistant - Certified | North Dakota State Board of Occupational Therapy | Prior to Start Date
- Driver's License with Acceptable Driving Record | Driver's License - Current State Licensed | Prior to Start Date
- Basic Life Support (BLS) | American Heart Association (AHA) | Within 90 days of Start Date
- Associates - Occupational Therapy
- Frequent Driver
