Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Altoona

Develop comprehensive, integrated treatment programs for seniors and execute select treatments per interdisciplinary Plans of Care. Assess homebound members through home visits, evaluations, and ongoing follow-ups, while training outside caregivers, family members, and staff on relevant OT protocols and procedures. Provide continuous support to ensure maximum independence and safety for in-home participants, and document all care activities in Data Pace to enable interdisciplinary team analysis. Maintain up-to-date records and evaluate care plans as necessary. This role requires a fully licensed Pennsylvania COTA with at least one year of experience working with the elderly, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to required educational training for license retention.
