Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Occupational Therapy Assistant will provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT/OTR in a post-acute care setting, document services for accurate billing, ensure care aligns with the Plan of Care and organizational guidelines, participate in care planning and team meetings, maintain equipment and a clean environment, and pursue continuing education to enhance clinical skills. Strong collaboration with patients, families, referring physicians, and the rehab team is required, along with timely documentation and adherence to federal/state guidelines and organizational policies.
