Job Summary
Assist Occupational Therapists in providing rehabilitative services to patients by helping them with exercises to improve strength, balance, and mobility. Observe and document patient progress while instructing patients and family members on proper techniques for equipment use. Communicate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and maintain clean treatment areas in adherence to safety standards. Participate in regular training to enhance job knowledge. Requires an active state license, Associate's degree, and one year of experience. Full-time role at Cherrelyn Healthcare Center in Littleton, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Active license to treat in Occupational Therapy
- Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- State licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Strong attention to detail
