Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Provide therapy services established by the Occupational Therapist in the patient Plan of Care under supervision, ensuring compliance with State and Federal guidelines. Consult regarding treatment changes, document daily notes, progress reports, and billing submissions, and communicate with patients, families, and the medical team. Participate in care planning meetings, attend continuing education, and maintain equipment and facility safety. Coordinate treatment goals with team members while maintaining valid licensure. Minimum Associate of Arts degree and one year of experience preferred.
