Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Provide therapy services established by the Occupational Therapist under supervision, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and organizational guidelines. Consult regarding treatment changes, coordinate goals with team members, and document all services including daily notes, progress reports, and billing materials. Communicate with patients, families, and referring physicians while maintaining a clean environment and ensuring equipment safety. Submit payroll and expense documentation on time. Maintain valid licensure and attend continuing education, care planning meetings, and required in-services.
