Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Deliver therapy services established in the patient Plan of Care under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist. Document daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries to ensure accurate billing and compliance with Federal and State guidelines. Consult on treatment changes, coordinate goals with team members, and communicate patient progress to families and physicians. Submit billing and expense documentation, maintain equipment, and ensure a clean environment while attending required meetings and continuing education. Maintain valid licensure and certification as required by state agencies.
