Provide therapy services established by the Occupational Therapist under supervision, ensuring compliance with Federal and State guidelines. Consult on treatment changes, document daily notes and progress reports, and coordinate goals with team members. Submit billing and expense documentation while maintaining valid licensure and attending continuing education. Ensure equipment is functional, maintain a clean environment, and participate in care planning meetings. Maintain a clean environment and follow all facility policies for patient safety.
