Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Provide therapy services established by the Occupational Therapist in the patient Plan of Care under supervision, ensuring compliance with State and Federal guidelines. Consult with the OTR regarding changes in treatment or condition, and appropriately complete documentation including daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries. Submit billing, payroll, and expense documentation while communicating with patients, families, and the broader care team. Maintain a clean environment, ensure equipment is functional, and participate in care planning meetings and continuing education. Maintain valid licensure and certification as required by state agencies.
