Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with the established Plan of Care to assist patients in improving daily living skills and functional independence. Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes while educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques. Communicate effectively with the supervising Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary team, maintaining compliance with all state, federal, Medicare, and agency regulations. Work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans that improve patients' independence and ability to perform daily living activities.
