Job Summary
Provide engaging, evidence-based occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OTR to help children develop functional skills for daily living, play, and school success. Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members; track and celebrate progress with a focus on measurable outcomes. Possess licensure and certification as an OTA in Texas; experience or strong interest in pediatrics; be compassionate, patient, and dedicated to working with children and families; demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills. PRN, part-time role with flexible scheduling, featuring CEU stipend, sign-on bonus eligibility, travel stipends, and referral bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed and certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in the state of Texas
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to working with children and families
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
