Job Summary
Assist the supervising Occupational Therapist in evaluating patient status, observing treatments, and reporting progress. Implement individualized treatment plans including ADL retraining, adaptive techniques, and cognitive strategies for residents with diverse diagnoses. Set clear goals with patients and families, educate them on the rehab process, and maintain precise documentation for all visits. Counsel patients and families while adapting environments to support independence and prevent complications.
