Job Summary
Lead individual and small group therapy sessions to help residents improve their ability to complete everyday tasks safely and efficiently. Assist with mobility, positioning, and task-specific training while observing changes in condition and reporting updates to the Occupational Therapist. Maintain clear and timely documentation throughout treatment. This role offers flexible scheduling options within a supportive, collaborative rehab team at Sheriden Woods Civita Care Center in Bristol, CT.
Required Qualifications
