Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant - Otterbein Staffing Agency

Perform occupational therapy procedures in patients' homes and assist the Occupational Therapist with evaluations, treatment planning, and program development. Instruct patients and families on functional activities, body mechanics, prosthetic devices, and use/maintenance of therapeutic appliances. Monitor and report progress, adjust the Plan of Treatment as directed, and prepare timely progress notes in accordance with policy and guidelines. Requires ACOTE-accredited OTA education, Ohio license or eligibility, NBCOT entry-level certification, CPR, and a valid driver’s license; minimum two years of community/home health experience strongly preferred. Schedule is PRN with open shifts across Otterbein’s care settings including home health, hospice, and related services. Location: Lebanon, Ohio (US).
