Job Summary
PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant needed to perform occupational therapy procedures in patients' homes and assist the Occupational Therapist with evaluation through observation, developing and implementing treatment programs, teaching patients and families, and documenting progress. Role supports care across Otterbein’s home health, hospice, and community settings in Lebanon, OH, with focus on improving functional activities and safe use of prosthetic devices within person-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Assistant educational program accredited by ACOTE of AOTA or successor
- Must be certified by the American Occupational Therapy Association as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Must possess current Ohio license or have applied for it
- Eligible to take or completed NBCOT certification exam
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
