Job Summary
Provide patient-centered rehabilitation services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist for senior residents in a family-focused senior care setting. Implement treatment plans, guide therapeutic activities, document progress, and educate patients and families. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote independence, safety, and quality of life while upholding high clinical and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) certification
- state licensure as an OT assistant
- knowledge of rehabilitation and regulatory standards
