Job Summary
Occupational Therapy Assistant needed at Community Hospital Fairfax (Fairfax, MO) to provide high-quality OT services under OT direction, develop and implement treatment plans focused on functional independence, lead activities addressing ADLs, strength, cognition, and safety, document progress, educate patients and families on home programs, maintain a safe therapy environment, collaborate with rehab team, monitor responses and adjust interventions, and participate in professional development within a rural healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of (or anticipated graduation from) an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current Missouri COTA license (or eligibility)
