Job Summary
Conduct occupational therapy services in patient homes to restore physical ability, strictly following the treatment plan defined by the supervising OT and adhering to state-specific laws. Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on evidence-based therapy techniques within the scope of practice. Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and condition changes to the nurse supervisor and physician. Maintain certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and hold current Washington state licensure. Operate in diverse home environments regardless of client demographics. Requires a valid driver's license, vehicle, or reliable public transportation access.
Required Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in the state of Washington
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Access to a dependable vehicle
- Public transportation
- Must be certified and in good standing with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment

- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
