Job Summary
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) at Arizona Autism Charter Schools' West Valley Campus (K-8th Grade). Provides assessment, treatment, and support to students in an autism-focused program under OT supervision. Responsibilities include implementing student engagement strategies, advancing progress on IEP goals, delivering data-driven instruction and ABA strategies, coaching classroom staff on OT goals, ensuring documentation and data collection for IEPs, participating in ongoing professional development, and offering training and shadowing opportunities for other COTAs with supervision from the OT. Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school (AOTA or AOTE)

- Valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Valid AOTCB certification
