Job Summary
Provide skilled OT services under the supervision of a licensed OTR/L, adapting activities to meet each child's unique goals. Carry out IFSP-aligned interventions for the Early Intervention Colorado Program (birth–3) and educate families on home activities to ensure progress continues between visits. Utilize InSync EMR for efficient, mobile-friendly charting and schedule closely with your supervising OT and the interdisciplinary team to contribute observations for plan updates. Maintain high ethical standards while working with children ages 0–20 in their natural environments across Boulder and Weld counties.
Required Qualifications
- Current Colorado COTA license (or eligible)
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transportation for home visits throughout the Boulder community
