Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and the interdisciplinary team to implement personalized treatment plans for residents. Provide skilled assistance during therapy sessions to help individuals improve daily functioning, regain functional skills, and achieve greater independence. Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring resident information is handled with confidentiality and in accordance with regulatory standards. Work closely with nursing and therapy staff to deliver exceptional care and support recovery from illness or injury. Requires a current and valid Florida State Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) License; previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings is preferred. Shifts are PRN at Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation in Brandon, FL.
