Job Summary
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant needed to join Total Education Solutions’ pediatric OT team in San Diego. Work across pediatric clinic and partnering schools to support children’s handwriting, fine motor development, sensory integration, and daily living activities. Collaborate with speech therapists, physical therapists, behavior specialists, and educators in a mentorship-focused environment with onboarding and ongoing professional development. Role includes structured mentorship, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. Must hold a California OTA license/certification, have vehicle insurance for work, pass FBI/DOJ background checks, and complete a TB test. Involves in-person work across clinic and school sites with occasional offsite coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy Assistant License / Certification from state of California
- Hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (at least 25/50k liability)
- Must clear a current background check through the FBI and DOJ
- A current TB Test
- Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
