Job Summary
Per diem Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our care team in Southbridge, MA. Provides direct resident treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist across individual, supervised, and group treatment venues. Requires an associate degree in OTA from an accredited program and an OTA license in Massachusetts. Responsibilities include data collection/assessment, direct treatment per plan of care, documentation, training patients and caregivers, collaboration with supervisor, and adherence to Medicare/reimbursement regulations.
