Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Provide occupational therapy treatment under OT supervision, assisting residents with self-care, mobility, coordination, and upper extremity activities. Reinforce adaptive strategies and therapeutic exercises while communicating resident progress with the OT. Complete accurate documentation for all interventions.
