Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Under the supervision of a Licensed Occupational Therapist, provide assigned occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with the physician's Plan of Care and all applicable regulations. Perform direct services, contribute to screening and evaluation procedures, and update care plans during designated meetings. Participate in case conferences to ensure continuity of care and communicate with team members to revise patient goals. Maintain strict compliance with agency policies, state practice acts, and payor requirements while providing legible, accurate, and complete documentation of all care provided.
