Job Summary
As a COTA in our in-house therapy program at Lone Tree Post Acute, you will deliver high-quality treatment alongside Occupational Therapists to help residents regain independence in a 99-bed skilled nursing facility. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, train Restorative Aides, educate families and caregivers on maintenance programs for successful discharges, maintain precise, timely records in compliance with OT Board standards, and participate in discharge planning and transition care.
