Job Summary
Provides direct occupational therapy rehab services under the supervision of a licensed OT in a Life Care Centers of America skilled nursing facility environment. Responsibilities include following established OT treatment plans, charting in therapy software, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, maintaining patient rights and safety, and supporting patients’ functional progress. Requires NBCOT certification upon hire, active state licensure, CPR upon hire, and willingness to engage in community health and compliance activities; opportunities for advancement and leadership are available.
Required Qualifications
- NBCOT certification upon hire
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
- Current state license/registration in good standing
- CPR certification upon hire (or during orientation)
- 1 year experience preferred; new grads welcome
