Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Provide direct rehabilitation care in occupational therapy under the supervision of a licensed OT in a post-acute care facility. Follow established treatment plans, chart appropriately, and utilize therapy software. Interact with patients, families, and other departments to plan for patient needs, maintain confidentiality, and uphold Life Care policies. Maintain professional conduct, demonstrate sound body mechanics, and participate to support safety and sanitation. Essential duties include implementing occupational therapy for patients, ensuring excellent customer service, and functioning effectively within an interdisciplinary team; strong computer skills (Word, Excel, email) and adherence to compliance training.
