Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

COTA provides direct rehabilitation in occupational therapy to patients under the supervision of a licensed OT in a post-acute care facility. Requires NBCOT certification upon hire, current state licensure in good standing, and CPR certification. Responsibilities include following treatment plans, charting, using therapy software, delivering excellent patient-centered care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct. Employee must demonstrate good body mechanics, independent decision-making where appropriate, and maintain professional relationships with staff and vendors. Location is Plymouth, MA with a focus on in-person clinical care; sign-on bonuses are offered as part of the role.
