Job Summary
Direct rehab care in occupational therapy to elder patients under supervision of licensed OT; requires NBCOT before/at hire, state licensure, and an accredited OT program; full-time with $5k sign-on bonus; duties include following treatment plans, charting, teamwork, confidentiality, and compliance with Life Care standards.
Required Qualifications
- NBCOT certification upon hire
- Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy (ASOT)
- Active state license in good standing
- One year experience preferred; new grads welcome
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation (must stay current)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Demonstrates integrity and professionalism; adheres to Life Care Code of Conduct
