Job Summary
Follow occupational treatment plans for patients under the direction of a supervising OT and chart appropriately and timely. Utilize therapy software accurately, liaise with patients and families to plan care, and assist in patient evacuation. Demonstrate good body mechanics, maintain confidentiality, and function productively on an interdisciplinary team while adhering to Life Care standards and compliance training. Work in Skilled Nursing Facilities providing long-term care and sub-acute rehabilitation for diverse populations with orthopedic, neurological, and post-acute needs. New grads welcome; NBCOT certification required upon hire with CPR certification mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- NBCOT certified upon hire
- Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy (ASOT)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State
- Active license in good standing throughout employment
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
- CPR certification must remain current during employment
- Read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Desired Qualifications
