Job Summary
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) provides direct rehab care in occupational therapy under the supervision of a licensed OT in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Responsibilities include following established OT treatment plans, charting appropriately, and using therapy software; liaising with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan patient needs; maintaining patient rights, safety, and confidentiality; and contributing to an environment focused on rehabilitation and functional progress. Requires NBCOT certification upon hire and an active state license; CPR certification required; new graduates are welcome. Location: Mount Vernon, WA. Required Qualifications
- NBCOT certified upon hire
- active license in good standing in applicable State
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (ASOT)
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
