Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Direct rehab care for patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT) in a skilled nursing facility setting. Provide occupational therapy services to residents with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-acute needs, following established treatment plans and using therapy software. Maintain professional relationships within an interdisciplinary team, document promptly, ensure patient rights and safety, and support ongoing functional progress and quality of life. NBCOT certification required upon hire; active state licensure; one year of experience preferred (new grads welcome). Proficiency in Word and Excel; CPR certification required; strong communication and organization skills; ability to work in a patient-centered, collaborative environment.
