Job Summary
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide direct occupational therapy under the supervision of a licensed OT in Life Care Centers of America SNF/post-acute settings. Requires NBCOT certification upon hire, active state licensure, and graduation from an accredited OT program (ASOT). New grads welcome; 1 year experience preferred. Responsibilities include following OT treatment plans, charting, using therapy software, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and ensuring safety. Required Qualifications
- NBCOT certified upon hire

- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; active license in good standing

- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
