Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and the interdisciplinary team to implement personalized treatment plans for residents. Provide skilled assistance during therapy sessions to help individuals regain functional skills, improve daily activity abilities, and achieve greater independence. Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring resident information is handled with confidentiality and in accordance with regulatory standards. Work closely with nursing and therapy staff to deliver exceptional care and achieve positive resident outcomes. This role requires an active and current Florida COTA license and is available full-time at Lake City Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Lake City, Florida.
