Job Summary
Buena Vista Home Health seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for home health services responsible for providing physical therapy services per a physician's plan of care. The COTA will evaluate patients' functional status, identify home hazards, teach new skills, maintain clinical records, document treatment responses, and coordinate with healthcare personnel. Candidates must be licensed as a COTA in California and have at least 1 year of clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license
- Maintain a current CPR certification
- 1+ Years of clinical experience as a certified occupational therapist assistant
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured
