Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - Home Health

Facilitate rehabilitation for patients with emotional, physical, or mental disabilities by implementing occupational therapy care plans and coordinating with the entire care team. Educate patients and family members while preparing timely, complete, and accurate clinical notes. Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, office support, and other care team members. Requires a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Texas with home health experience, knowledge of regulations, and ability to handle physical workload. Available for PRN and full-time shifts in Southwest and Southeast Houston areas.
