Job Summary
Deliver outpatient and homecare occupational therapy services within Independent Living and Assistant Living communities in Bloomingdale, IL. Build meaningful relationships with patients while providing high-quality, individualized care aligned with evidence-based, patient-centered standards. Collaborate within a supportive, therapist-led environment to support the Continuum of Care program. Monday through Friday scheduling from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with a $40.00 hourly rate.
