Job Summary
Deliver OT treatment plans under OT supervision in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on ADL retraining, functional mobility, balance, and daily tasks; track and document resident progress; educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and home carry-over strategies; collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and care coordination teams; maintain organized, safe treatment spaces in compliance with state standards; participate in ongoing clinical training and competency development.
Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado COTA licensure/certification in good standing
- Associate's degree from an accredited OTA program
- Minimum 1 year of COTA experience (SNF or post-acute preferred)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Physical ability to assist with patient mobility and perform repetitive therapeutic tasks
