Job Summary
Provide rehabilitative care under the supervision of Occupational Therapists to help patients regain strength, balance, and mobility. Assist patients with exercises and activities, observe and document progress, instruct patients and families on proper techniques for exercises and use of equipment, coordinate with other healthcare professionals, maintain clean and organized treatment areas, and adhere to healthcare and safety standards. Requires an active Occupational Therapy Assistant license, an associated degree in OTA, and at least 1 year of experience. Located in Littleton, CO; full-time role with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active license to treat in Occupational Therapy
- Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to lift and move equipment and assist patients with physical activities
