Job Summary
Occupational Therapy Assistant provides skilled OT services under physician orders in home health across the Detroit area. Works as part of an interdisciplinary team to educate patients and families, monitor patient conditions, document per Medicare guidelines, and help patients restore function through home-based therapy. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with no weekends or on-call; benefits include base pay plus uncapped bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive health and retirement options. Requires current OTA license in Michigan, at least one year of acute care OTA experience (home care preferred), and ability to meet physical demands.
Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) with current license in the state of employment
- Minimum one-year experience as a OTA in an acute care setting
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver
