Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant in Osage Beach, MO provides supportive services to residents and assists nursing staff with activities of daily living, meal coordination, feeding assistance, and documentation per care plans. The role includes assisting with lifting, turning, weighing residents, monitoring skin condition, documenting progress, and ensuring accurate meal intake and communication with nurses and supervisors. Requires state-approved CNA certification and CPR/BLS where available; high school diploma preferred; prior long-term care experience preferred. Works as part of the StoneBridge Senior Living care team to deliver rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing services.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Aide in good standing with the certification board or is a graduate of a state-approved nursing assistant training program and passed a state-approved competency examination (written and skills) within 120 days of employment REQUIRED
- High School Graduate/GED preferred.
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
- At least one year of experience as a certified nursing assistant in long-term care preferred.
- Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents, families, and staff members.
