Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant Night Shift at StoneBridge Senior Living provides supportive services to residents, assists with activities of daily living, coordinates dining/meals, delivers nutritional supplements, tracks and documents weight and intake, monitors skin condition, supports toileting and documentation, and collaborates with nursing staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate resident care in a long-term care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing or graduate of state-approved nursing assistant program and passed state-approved competency exam within 120 days of employment
- High School Graduate/GED preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- At least one year of experience as CNA in long-term care preferred
