Provides supportive services to nurse and staff; assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans; assists with lifting/positioning/transporting residents; coordinates dining room service and meal delivery; delivers nutritional supplements and ensures intake documentation; records weights and monitors skin condition; assists with toileting; completes daily flow sheets and communicates changes to nursing staff and supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Aide in good standing with the certification board or graduate of state-approved nursing assistant training program and passed competency exam within 120 days of employment REQUIRED
