Job Summary
Provides supportive services to nurse(s) and other staff; assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans; helps with lifting, turning, transferring, and positioning; coordinates dining room services including meal tray delivery and feeding assistance; delivers nutritional supplements and documents intake; tracks resident weight and reports changes; monitors skin condition and reports concerns; assists with toileting programs; documents progress on flow sheets and communicates changes to nursing staff; joins a team dedicated to compassionate elderly care in a StoneBridge Senior Living community.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Aide in good standing with the certification board or graduate of a state-approved nursing assistant training program and passed a state-approved competency examination (written and skills) within 120 days of employment
