Job Summary
Provide supportive services to nurse and other staff as needed while performing duties assigned. Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans, including lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, and lifts. Coordinate dining room services at assigned mealtimes, delivering meal trays, assisting with feeding, and documenting intake. Deliver nutritional supplements, assist with weighing residents, and track skin condition to report pressure areas or breakdowns. Complete daily flow sheets and document resident progress as directed by supervisor. Report changes in resident condition or factors interfering with work performance to the nurse and supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Aide in good standing with the certification board or is a graduate of a state-approved nursing assistant training program and passed a state-approved competency examination (written and skills) within 120 days of employment REQUIRED
Desired Qualifications
